Professional Biz Connections

The final award is for Chapter of the Year. Nominees for Chapter of The Year were based on the following: chapters must have been in the yellow or green in the Traffic Lights all year, maintain an average of 35 or more members, and have at least 1 Million dollars in TYFCB. A willingness to work side by side with their director, enforce policies, encourage growth and mentor their members to increase retention all with a positive attitude were also considered. Congratulations to:

Premier Professionals          Referral Champions          Trusted Professionals

The winner of Chapter of the year gained Green status in the traffic lights all but one month in the last 13. They increased members, retention, referrals and conversions and passed over $1.6 Million in closed business. This chapter lives the Giver’s Gain philosophy, while having fun. Leaders never missed a roundtable this year, and had several up and coming leaders attend during the past 3 months. Members were excited about stepping up into leadership at the transition, and everyone on the slate gladly attended training.
